What makeup look will make me look older? help?

the same thing happens to me and its so fricken annoying. eyeliner makes you look older, and some natural looking eyeshadow. personally, i think blush makes you look youger. try a highlighter, you can use white eyeshadow and just put along your cheek bone to define them. wearing heels also help :)
