What eyeliner makes my brown eye pop?

Violet works. My sister has light brown eyes too she uses a darker blue and it looks great. You would wear it on the waterline. its the little skin above your lower lashes (you can google it i don't know how to describe it to well!) Any mascara. Not too thick though, or even a dark brown.
