Why is Daniel Tosh so not funny?

You would think that because Comedy Central gave him a show, that he would try a little harder with his comedy, but eventually you just get tired of the over compensation for having a small penis manifesting into what he calls comedy? We get it, your better than everyone else, and being racists is funny. Can anyone help me out here?
