My dad will say NO but my mom says YES?

Ok, so i asked my mom if i could wear makeup, and she said MAYBE, but she is starting to lean towards the YES side. I only want to wear eye shadow and maybe concealer because i already wear mascara, but she said she would ask my dad but i know for a fact that he will say NO because he doesn't want his little baby girl to grow up. I am almost 13 and i REALLY want to wear makeup, what do i do? And i am NOT going to have a sit-down conversation with my dad! Help?!
