Should I buy this car??????

It's an okay looking car, and probably the best mileage you are going to get for a price like that. Most cars for that price would have about 150,000 miles. There doesn't look to be anything noticeably wrong with it, and it does offer car fax. Make sure it hasn't been in too many accidents, and also bring a mechanic. It looks alright from what I can see there though.
