Will my panic attacks every go away?

Hi all well i have been having panic attacks for the past year now since my mother had a seizure in front of me and she nearly died last year, the panic attacks are not as bad as the first time i had them, but my doctor says i have manifesting panic attacks and gave me beta blockers but they did not help so he gave me a leaflet to go to a group session for ppl with the same problem but i could not get to the place was to far away from where i stay . I do not get full panic attacks but from the moment i wake up till the moment i go to sleep i feel really dizzy and i have pins and needles all the time which worries me all the time, i just cant seem to get rid of them i don't want to go on anti- depressants ether, any advice would be great thx
