Whats the BEST waterproof/volumizing mascara?

I need something that's going to give me LOTS of volume and going to be waterproof enough so that if i go swimming in the lake or jumping off the dock for an hour, its gunna stay on. It could be expensive or cheap thanks for your answers:))
