What should i look for as in clothing style? hair style? and makeup colors?

I am 5 foot 6 inches and I have a mixture of an apple and pear shape. I am broad shouldered, kinda big stomach, bigger butt, thighs and hips. I have shoulder length, thick wavy hair that is brown. It has a weird way of growing. It grows to a certain length on the sides then slowly starts getting thicker and Sloooooly starts growing out more, while the back grows faster, and as it gets longer it gets thinner. And with makeup, I have a fair skin tone, hazel eyes, and some acne. Any fashion, hair, and makeup advice Would be wonderful! Oh and btw wit makeup how do I make my eyes look bigger? And what mascaras should I use to add curl, volume, and length? Thanks. I am 18 and I suck at this stuff hah
