Shes not ready for a relationship! What to do?

Likely it won't change things. She's already told you where she's at. It sounds like she still has some feelings for her ex. If you still want to be her friend, just be one. I wouldn't push it beyond that until she's ready. If you let the feelings develop naturally, it'll make for a better relationship.
