How to grow back eyelashes?

I'm not sure if it's possible. I was born with Blepharitis, causing me to lose a lot of my eyelashes. i like to wear mascara but it always looks funny when there's just gaps of eyelashes missing. is there ANY way i can grow them back? (not fake ones, i want my real ones back!)
