How much make up should a 16 y/o have?

Hi I'm 16 and I just want to know how much makeup I should have? Like how many mascaras, blushes, nail polish, all of it. I'm just getting into makeup now and I want to know about how much I should get/could use without it going bad because I'm getting addicted :p
