I've researched the process of creating them and talked to several people who have practiced using them. The only thing I could never really get cleared up is whether they are just constructs of mental energy or whether they through enough concentration and belief can become tangible and exist in the physical realm. I specifically wish to create objects with special qualities. If anyone could clarify this for me, it would be much appreciated.
