Bumps in pelvic area, help?

I've been getting these pumps on my pelvic area for years, they're caused because I sweat a lot, I'm not fat. But this has been happening on and off since I was 14, and they never go away. I bathe, use creams and they just come back all the time. They're get filled with this white stuff and sometimes bleed, I also went to the doctor fearing that I had some kind of VD, herpes or something, but she said I didn't, it wasn't a disease. I'm seriously mad, and need help, nothing seems to work, and I'm afraid to even talk to women because I know they'll be disgusted and not want to date/have sex with me, and I do it for their safety, it's ruining my sex life.
