Best Makeup For Blonde Hair&Blue Eyes?

I have blonde hair with light highlights. I have light blue eyes. I have freckles.. :/ And my skin is lightish, Sort of tan. What would be a good natural makeup for me? All I use now is mascara. What eyeshadow color would make my eyes pop?
