Beauty tips, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!?

i really want to be pretty. i already were lip gloss and clear mascara, and curl my eyelashes. i pluck my eyebrows and comb them. i have a pair of heels that i were some times. i have a hair style that suits my face shape and me very well. but i would like to know how to do a messy but pretty bun with layered hair. also i have acne, and im using st. ives. ill take any advise anyone can give me. oh and i do exercise. were can i find good cheap clear mascara?
